Windows 10 Home (1809) Set Network From Public To Private ?

Can anyone please give me a rundown on how to set my USB data card connection from public to private ?

I know how to do it on Windows 10 Pro, but I can't figure out how to do it on Windows 10 Home Version 1809 (OS Build 17763.437).

Settings > Network & Internet > Status > Change connection properties. Works for me in Home.

....... do you think I haven't been there yet ?

I don't have these options for my data card internet connection !

That's why I'm crying out for help.

This is the 1st time I'm using a legally Windows Home version - Always had Pro and never encountered these things.

Is MS trying to juice up another $99,00 out of me to upgrade to Pro ?

The Public/Private setting illustrated by Bree above will only appear if you are signed in to an Admin account.

A datacard normally means a card with a 3g/4g SIM in it that connects your computer to the internet. You really want to declare the internet to be a private, trusted network so that you can use network discovery to access your shared folders etc across it?
