    Intermittent wireless bandwidth cap

My internet connection is roughly 180Mbps via home wireless network. My Win10 PC is intermittently getting capped at 10, 30, 75Mbps over wireless. It seems random. I check my phone, and it always gets the max available. I believe I have disconnected and reconnected on wireless, and that got me back to full bandwidth. I reconnected today, and it went from 30M to 75M. I just got through rebooting my wireless router, and that fixed it.

I'm a network guy, but I don't understand how or why my PC seems to be getting singled out with this cap or why resetting the wireless connection or rebooting would make any difference. Any advice or discussion welcomed.

Without any hardware specifications of your Network Wireless components at all, there is no sensible discussion.
