Mobile HotSpot Is Disconnection On It's Own All The Time

Sorry for opening a new thread about this, but I couldn't find a solution anywhere.

I just bought a new laptop which had Windows 10 preinstalled, I reinstalled Windows 10 from scatch without all the bloatware which all laptops have preinstalled.

Mobile Hotspot is working fine sharing my USB data card connection, the only problem I'm having is if my phone is connected to the HotSpot after a little while Windows 10 stops the Mobile HotSpot.

Is there any way to keep the HotSpot on constantly ?

Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

Go to Settings/Network and Sharing/Change connection properties. Make sure connection is set to Private not Public.
Make sure Metered connection is set to Off.

    Thanks for yor your reply.

I used to know how to do this in Windows 10 Pro, but my new Laptop came with Windows 10 Home and I can't figure out how to do it as certain options are missing.

Can you give me a rundown how to do it in Windows 10 Home please ?

What I'm using to connect to the internet is a USB data card and metered connection is set to off already.
