    Hi there
ensure ethernet / wireless adapters working (e.g wireless passwords, correct network logged on to, ipv4/ipv6 addresses - depending on router etc, 2.4 or 5 GHZ wifi acessible) , reset the Network connections, ensure firewalls allow internet, re-boot.

    Check status with ifconfig.

If the Linux Mint is running as a GUEST (i.e a Virtual machine) ensure the Virtual NIC's are correctly configured whatever Virtual Machine software you are using - usually one of these - Virtual Box, VMware or HYPER-V.

    Cheers

You might be better asking this in the Mint forums or Ubuntu forums.

In any event, this script gathers all the info needed to help troubleshoot connectivity problems:
GitHub - UbuntuForums/wireless-info: This script gathers the infos necessary for troubleshooting a wireless connection and saves them in a text file, wrapping it in an archive if it exceeds the 19.5 kB size limit for attachments on the Ubuntu Forums.
