I gave you a good program, MirrorFolder, $39 with a 30 day full function free trial.

In GoodSync with View All selected there are just a few bytes different in size ... can see why "Size on disk" will be different, but surely actual size of all my files should be the same after I have done a sync. And certainly the number of files should be the same, no? So why all these differences??! (And should I be worried?)
Like 'x509', I am an enthusiastic endorser of Goodsync. Bought ver9 years ago and updates to v10 and freq updates have been free. I like how easy it is to use the folder tree to set filters for each Job. It can process a massive amount of data pretty quickly and backs up changes for rollback, if a file is accidentally deleted or changed.
In looking at some backup folders, I see tiny differences due to the drive creation date diff's and whether thumbs.db and .ini files are copied or not. But I have never seen a folder or file diff other than those details that was due to Goodsync. And I sync >500gb of data running it almost daily to external drives. Hope this reassures you some.
