ok let me start off with this problem i installed a wavlink repeater in my house every computer in the house sees it and can connect to it but one laptop does not connect it sees it and i enter the password for it and it trys to connect but then says wont connect can some one lead me in the right path to figuring out this problem running windows 10 home i can connect to the wifi router but not the repeater its driving me crazy

Not sure what this means from your laptop spec
Can you force wavlink repeater into only using G and test. Or maybe you could force your adapter, under the advance tab in driver properties to only use G. Then try connecting.
Alternatively do any of your other devices have a USB Wireless dongle that you could use as a test in this Toshiba.
You might try updating your driver for the wireless, determine what you have now in case you have to go back.
You could also reset your network on the Toshiba. Start > Settings > Network and Internet > bottom of right hand page. This may cause you to loose wifi passwords and may require communication software like VPN's to be reconfigured.
Are all the devices connecting to the wavlink on the same band 2.4 or 5.0, assuming this is a dual band device?
