Shortcut key to toggle WiFi on/off
Whenever i enter a cafe i turn on the WiFi by clicking the icon, afterwards i close it the same way.
Is there a way to make a combination of keys to toggle it?

Does your laptop have a key or switch on the keyboard to toggle on/off Wi-Fi like in Option 1 below?

In addition, you could also create a shortcut with the commands in the tutorial below to enable/disable the wireless network adapter.

Please do note that this is not what it seems. It disables then re-enables your WiFi card [once you find out its name using the advice @dalchina posted later on]. If you turn on your WiFi using its normal button or whatever then you would then be able to, in effect, turn it on and off using these netsh commands. But it is still not what you asked for - it is not replicating your normal WiFi on/off switch. I use these netsh commmands in an elevated batch file regularly instead of using the WiFi switch [for a particular reason that would be a distraction to explain] -
My WiFi card happens to be called "Wi-Fi" but you must find out the name of yours yourself.Code:netsh interface set interface "Wi-Fi" disabled netsh interface set interface "Wi-Fi" enabled
