Are my computers networked or not???
Windows 10 64-bit Home v. 1803. I am confused. Just got a MS Surface Pro 6 and have set it up to mirror my HP Envy desktop. I have also, to the best of my ability, tried to set these two up on a sharing network. I also have a Logitech M720 mouse. Using Logitech's "Flow," one should be able to use the mouse between both computers and be able to copy and paste between computers. Here's the problem: When I 2x click Network on the Surface, both computers appear under Network; and, both computers appear in the right pane (don't know its name) under Computers and they also appear under Media Devices (with music symbols on their icons.) However, when I 2x click Network on the HP, nothing shows under Network and nothing shows under Computers in right pane. However, the two computers (with music symbol) do show under Media Devices, but there is no computer heading nor computers under the heading???
The source of my confusion is that I am able to use the M720 mouse to copy and paste, and in general, to do the things one expects to do when the computers are networked??? Doesn't the functionality of the mouse indicate that the computers are networked, but why aren't the computers showing up in HP Network???
