    Issues in my connections

    Newly installed Winodws 10 x64.
Although my browsers, say, Google Chrome, haven't any extension, cache is cleared and my bandwidth is good, ADSL 8 mbps, my connections are at times stuck. I think it's a general (connection) problem.

Windows is updated and scanned with MWD. Sometimes I need to use a paid VPN to connect to websites (because of sanctions).
The problem is, when I want to browse some websites the browser just is connecting for an unacceptable time. (The "connecting .." word is shown on the bottom-left corner of the browser's window).

The websites are normal ones: Here, some programming ones, forums, youtube and so on.

I also tried to change the Ethernet Properties to:

But no sensitive permanent difference in effect.

The strange thing is that all the websites were very well accessible through/without the VPN on my Windows 7 x64.
I really don't know where the source of the issue is. But it's really annoying. Sometimes I need to refresh an address several times so that it will be fetched. Some other times, almost everything is OK.

Incidentally, I've checked my line through downloading. It's fine.

Now what you think could the problem be, please?
What should I do to be able to have my system work properly with regard to my connections and especially browsing the Web?

    Thanks in advance.

    I did all of these.
You know what? Windows 10 in comparison with Windows 7, is faulty, at least with regard to browsing the Web.
I might get back to win 7.

A vpn can slow it to a crawl as it may connect to a server 1,000 miles away

Yeah, but I used the same VPN for my Windows 7 for months without any tough problem like that of Windows 10.
Furthermore, I tested the issue without enabling the VPN! Still showing the same problem.

    Might try these resets

Run the following five bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)

Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.

ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
netsh interface ip delete arpcache (reset Address Resolution Protocol cache)
