Hi, does anyone know a free VPN app that works for the whole entire computer instead of just the internet browser. O use Google Chrome and I have a few extensions that are VPN related, yet they only work for the internet browser. I need a VPN program that would make all the programs on the computer run through it.

You don't need a VPN program. You need a VPN provider.
I use Pure VPN. There are many others. Search online for one.
I'm curious to know why you want a VPN? is it because you don't trust your ISP with your data and would rather pass your privacy over to a random company on the internet that says it's secure on its web site?

z3r010: There are certain programs on the computer that don't work with my IP address. So I need to change the IP address for them to work.
There used to be free VPNs. Perhaps some still exist. But they were spotty, slow, and unreliable. If you want it for free you'll get crap.
Pure VPN had a $1.50 per month special last week. You can get much cheaper than that.
