My question is about my Intel Compute Stick cs125 which is connected to a TV via hdmi .
It is running Win 10 v1809 current build.
When I go to Start menu and click at Connect, I get a message ( see screenshot below ).
What does that mean ?
Wirelessly connect to what ?
How do I make use of it ?
Why do I get a different message if I click Connect at Action Center ( bottom right of taskbar )?
It mean cs123Intel is ready for you to connect to it wirelessly from another PC. The 'Connect' in action Center is the other end of the connection, it's what you use on that other PC to connect to this one. "Wirelessly" in this case means by using Miracast. It's all explained here....

In fact, you don't even need to open Connect first in order to be able to project to this PC, if another PC tries to project to it a pop-up will ask if you want to allow the connection. If you allow it then Connect will be opened automatically.

Here I am projecting a duplicate of one PC's screen to another on which I had opened that Connect app from Start. Oh, and its not just the screen that gets projected, it's the sound too, as I found out when I played a video on the PC doing the projection.
And there's more. On the PC I'm projecting from I can allow mouse/keyboard input, effectively giving me a form of 'remote desktop' using the Connect app.

Unfortunately, I don't think any of my laptops or TVs have Miracast support.
Well, I manage to connect my Intel Compute Stick to my Surface 3 tablet.
1. I fail to see any real use for it. Maybe I am missing something.
2. Something weird...……
If I project Surface 3 to Intel Compute, I see the Surface 3 desktop with all its shortcuts and working taskbar icons.
If I project Intel Compute to Surface 3, I see an empty desktop with working taskbar icons. No shortcuts.
