    Basic answer is - you don't,

    Microsoft has depreciated the homegroup concept and the latest couple of Windows 10 releases, do not support it, basically so few users bothered with it that it was not worthwhile Microsoft maintaining it

    As stated...homegroups no longer exist in the latest versions of Windows 10.
