Streaming video from W10 Pro through a Roku 3?

    OK...

Have two Roku 3 units connected on the same wireless LAN.
I want to stream video to the TV via the Roku 3, from this W10 Pro box.

Figure Wireless-N speeds due to the Roku 3 bandwidth limitations.

Is it possible to root it?
If not, feel free to suggest an alternate solution at the lowest cost.

    TIA

Install Plex Server and share the files from a folder to be able to be seen by the Roku. Wireless-N is going to be fine for streaming, but has bandwidth limitations if multiple machines are trying to use the network at the same time to watch videos, online gaming, downloading/uploading. Move up to Wireless-AC and you will seen greater results. The Roku3 is fine for viewing streaming videos on the network. The most you would see is around 6mbps.

    Interesting, thanks.

Is there a procedure for doing this?
I can figure it out but resources are always welcome.

    Many thanks!
