Ok, that was a lot of interesting information there
I will probably explore that another day .....

    The D-link just went haywire
The only thing I changed was choosing also for admin port the same in inbound filter as I had for global filter.
Now suddenly I get in log block for my Allow IP in filter to port 80. Also ping to WAN IP get blocked.
Strange enough I still can connect to remote manage on this IP but with the privat port I choosed.
So I spent an hour deleting ALL inbound filters, removing Virtual server entry and trying port forward instead.
Cleared all again and set inbound filter lika it was when working.
Rebooting all the time. Just stuck with getting blocked now as everybody else for port 80 he he.
Seem like a serious bug or malfunction .... maybe time to give up on this old companion .
    And also bedtime
