Event ID 1006 from DHCPv6 Client

I recently got a new modem and with it, a new wi-fi connection. Everything's been perfectly fine except for potentially one minor detail that I'm curious about. Every time I boot up my computer, I'm seeing this Event ID 1006 from DHCPv6 Client in the Event Log under Information events.

"Router Advertisement settings have been changed on the network adapter 13. The current M - Managed Address Configuration flag is false and the O - Other Stateful Configuration flag is true. User Action: If you are seeing this event frequently, then it could be due to frequent change in M and O flag settings on the router in the network. Please contact your network administrator to have it resolved."

It's not an error and it only occurs once at startup so it's not a big deal or anything, but what can I do to get rid of this event? I've found other people having this same event on Google, but all the results are quite dated and they seem to be having actual Internet issues along with this event which I thankfully haven't been having yet.

To be completely honest, I may have been receiving this event even before I got a new modem but I've never noticed it or paid attention to it until now. Would be pretty coincidental to not have noticed it until I got a new modem though. Anyone else have gotten this event?

Disable ipv6 its not used see if that solves it

Google measurements show that about 34% of Internet traffic is IPv6 so it's not accurate to say it's "not used."

I configured the "Other Stateful Configuration" flag on my router and see the same message in my event log. It looks like the Windows DHCPv6 client always prints this message if the O flag is set when the interface comes up. So there is no problem.
