Network Credentials

How do you find your credentials and eliminate having to use that?

Can you expalin more what you want generally its just your username and password

It accepts my username which is my email address and when I setup the credential for the particular machine I swear I used the machine name as the password, but guess that isn't it. I would like to get to the place where I set these up to make sure what I want as a password. If I could eliminate these credentials, that would be okay too.
