Disable UPnP without disabling Network discovery

I want to disable UPnP because the port are being open without my notice. My modem does not allow disabling UPnP.
When I search on Google, it just give me tutorial how to disable Network discovery. That's not what i want, because i use it. I want to disable UPnP on Windows so that it doesn't open the ports like IP cameras have option to disable UPnP.
How do i do that?

in latest October update you can stop media streaming (control planel / Network and Internet (Network sharing center).

Or go to services (click on Start and type services) and disable (or stop and set to manual) UPnP Device host.

Un is on the router not the pc but even without that anything running on the pc can open ports your browser may open a lot and ftp
