In your February post on the same subject you seem to be leaving Wireless Cards on when testing as shown by the 2nd image.
You have to test by switching the unwanted one(s) off.
Windows has various priorities with more than one network connection from the same device, if I recall correctly it will prefer to use wired, the fastest one of two Wireless Cards.
What ever your scenario is, to test you have only one on at a time to compare them individually.
The Power Options is something separate. Your image shows Max performance on Plugged in so that is not a factor.
On this thread and the previous one in February you have not given any details of your Wireless Access Point capabilities or of your USB Wireless dongle.
All you have said is the Laptop one which is 2.4 GHz only, single band N standard.
