    Hi.

Did this just start recently or is this new problem?

Can I ask does your Cellular company allow tethering ( attaching laptop through phone) on your plan?

Have you tried uninstalling that update to see if problems resolves it self?

Since you can make this happen is there any information in the event viewer?

When you got the update was the driver for card updated?

Should be at bottom of Update history?
