File and printer sharing turned on

Hi, two days ago i got a new router from my provider because with my old one the connection just kept identifying, after a restart w10 identified it as network 2, when booting up before that it was still network, but even after the reboot it didn't ask me what network profile i wanted, so i went to settings and it was set as public which is what i want, and network discovery was turned off, but strangely file and printer sharing was TURNED ON, which is something i never set (i'm sure) and should be turned off by default for public networks. How is this possible and should i do a network reset because maybe other settings that i don't know off are messed up too? Thanks

You have a Private network, not a Public one. A Public network would be like a Cafe or Wifi hotspot. You can leave File and Printer Sharing turned on for your home network.
