    Unblock outbound DCC from mIRC?


    I can't do DCC send from mIRC, but DCC *receive* works. How do I unblock outbound DCC for mIRC in Windows 10 pro x64?

    Did you look at the mirc forums, since this is a old topic that has been discussed on there before. Cant DCC send | Connection Issues | mIRC Discussion Forums There is a reason why outbound IRC is blocked by default with most firewalls and on Routers.
