    abenavraham,
I assume it is safe to continue running with the Private network firewall turned off so that is my "workaround" unless you have a better suggestion? What say you?

Thank for your help thus far!
I'm surprised it seems to be a firewall issue.

Rather than leave the firewall off for the private network, and since the troubleshooter didn't find anything, I would next try to reset the firewall to it's default settings.

    Go here to do that:
Control Panel\System and Security\Windows Defender Firewall
The restore defaults is on the left side column

Well it was a firewall issue. I have never tinkered with the default firewall settings but restoring the defaults fixed the problem.

    Thanks abenavraham, nice call!
