One computer can't see all the others on the network

I have four computers on the same network. Three of them can see all the other computers, but one can not. It only sees one computer.

I have tried a few things but can't get Computer A lets call it to see any more than one computer. Any help?

Are they all on the same version of 10? can you ping other computers by name and ip?

Al four are on 1803. Now another is having the same issue, when I swear before it was seeing all the others. I really don't even know how to ping. I better do some reading.

Resolved. jmmdvwp's post here did it.

Windows 10 PC cant see other PCs on network - Microsoft Community

edit2: I can share files. Not sure if I did it all right but it seems to work. For now.
edit: I can see the computers but can't seem to access documents, etc. I'm sure I have to tweak settings. For all their trouble Homegroups sure worked fine for me.

I tried to enable sharing but get an access denied message when I try to access a document for example. This is utterly ridiculous.

For whatever reason one computer has difficulty being "seen" on the network. I have to change its sharing options and turn off and then turn back on Network Discovery for it to be seen. As soon as another computer goes to sleep it won't see this one once it wakes up and I have to repeat the process. I created a shortcut to it on the other computers instead. FWIW all computers are configured the same in terms of sharing, etc. so why this one is having an issue is beyond me.
