Yes, the Google and Onedrive folders can by synced to different cloud services. Only harm would be that if a sync does not happen when files are deleted, you may end up with those files coming back to the main folder on the drive in Windows.

O.k, just leave the issue of a same folder sync to OneDrive and google drive. My main concern is that if I mistakenly delete a file from OneDrive cloud then it will be deleted from my pc OneDrive folder also, means I lost that file or if because of some error or hacking at cloud, my files get deleted at cloud, then it also mean that all files will automatically deleted from my OneDrive folder at pc.

Yes. If you delete a file on your PC it will be deleted on OneDrive (although you can find it in the OneDrive recycle bin for 30 days).

If you delete a file from OneDrive it will be deleted immediately from your PC (will not go to recycle bin) but it will still be in recycle bin on the web (OneDrive.live.com).

You should therefore make local backup (on a disk) as well in case you delete something by mistake and don't notice for a few months.

One possibility with multiple syncs that may have bad results is that If you accidentally delete a file in the web interface the the local copy would be deleted and thus cause the copy in the other web location to be deleted, so all copies disappear.

As with all critical files I would trust file integrity only to a local based backup system to an external, (or cloud location),

There are many free options to achieve this and external drives or even USB sticks are falling in price, (or more precisely you are able to get more space for the same outlay), you can go from the basic Xcopy command to fully functional File backups from the likes of Aomei.

One free and simple option is FreeFileSync [https://freefilesync.org/download.php] which can be scheduled to run using windows built in Task Scheduler, and can even be set to create two copies to different locations

Google reduces quality though - doesn't store originals.

Another option would be to use one of the automation services like MS Flow or IFTTT to copy from one cloud service to another.
I have mine set up that way, with the automation switched off so the ransomware threat is lessened.
Manually trigger when needed. Means one upload and then all the donkey work is done in the cloud...
