    "Advanced Setting" option in Netwrok & Internet --> Wi-Fi doesn't show


    I need to see this:
    "Advanced Setting" option in Netwrok & Internet --> Wi-Fi doesn't show-image.png

    But instead I see:

    The layout of that section of Settings has changed over time. What you see is the same as I see [I am on Ver 1709].
    I have a couple of screenshots showing what you were expecting to see but those screenshots are both dated in 2015.

    If you explain which setting you are looking for then somebody might be able to tell you where it is now.

    I need to find:
    "Advanced Setting" option in
    Setting->Network and Internet ->Wi-Fi

    My goal is to change to Metered Network.

    The reason is to disable Win 10 updates!

    SOLUTION: while connected to the relevant wi-fi connection, press properties. There you can choose metered connection.

    Then click on Manage known networks to set your network to metered.

Hello It seems that each time I restart Windows it forgets that I have set the "Show hidden files" option in the explorer settings. Is this just a stupid bug that I have to live with (thanks, Microsoft) or is there a solution to it? Thanks!
