cannot join domain on server 2003

    Hi all,

since Microsoft released 1803 version of Windows 10, I am not able to join domain on SBS 2003 (single label).
On June 2018 some updates was released in Win10 1709 and since then it is not possible to connect to domain too.
The only solution is clean installation of version 1709, after that the computer can connect to this domain.

    Workstation runs Win10 64bit 1803 build updated.
    Server runs SBS2003 SP2 32bit.

    Error message:

    SRV record requested for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.DOMAIN.
    These domain controllers were identificated:
    server.domain
Unfortunately it was not possible to contact any of these domain controllers.

Can anyone help me or does the same experiences?

    Thanks in advance.

Use the IP of the DC it should then work as 1803 is actually a new windows and network NetBIOS is slow to update
