    Data Sharing on a local network

    Good Morning,

    I decided to register an account here, as i think this forum is interesting because i had an opportunity to search some tutorials and see some threads in the forum, so i'm new here. I also decided to create this post, since i have a problem i can't seem to resolve, and i hope i can find some help over here.

    I have a server running Windows 10 with a shared folder, and several computers (Windows 10 aswell) accessing to it, reading and writing several files in this folder. The problem here, is some computers (users) can read and write a lot faster than others, and i can't figuring out why.

    What i try so far without success:
    -> Disabled Super Fetch in services;
    -> Disabled Windows Search in services;
    -> Disabled "Large Send Offload V2" in my network card;

    Thanks in advance.
    Cheers

    Depends on a lot of factors. What kind of CPU do each machine have, what kind of network connection, are they trying to write and read from that machine at the same time, what other tasks are going on for the network and each machine. There is no real way of explaining why some machines are faster than others, when there are too many factors.

    Well, im aware of that. They are all great PC's, not always the better PC has the fastest time. They are all in the same network connection. Sometimes they do it in a parallel way, sometimes don't. I have no idea what can it be. Thanks for the answer.
