WIn 10 proxy settings keep turning on point to https:=127.0.0.1:8082

    Hello, how are you?

Sporadically and frequently I lose internet connections. The problem is always that the settings in Network settings is turned on and listening at 127.0.0.1:8082

Malwarebytes and ESET come up clean in thorough custom searches including rootkit search.

    How can I stop this?

    Thank you on advance.

Welcome to the forums. The settings is likely EST it's common for antivirus to setup a proxy so all your internet goes via EST scanner it shouldn't stop the internet. If it's a problem you can remove EST or maybe disable it. I assume it's the network settings in IE your talking about

Something is causing it to look at that localhost port. Video Downloader is one, there are other browser extensions that can set a localhost to port 8082.
