Computer not visible on network if Windows Defender Firewall is on

I have a computer on a private network that is not visible from any computer unless I turn off the Windows Defender Firewall. All are running Windows 10.
Network settings for private network are the same for 5 computers.

The following services were all set as follows on all computers after a recent update.
Function Discovery Provider Host - ON and Automatic
Function Discovery Resource Publication - ON and Automatic

Is there a way to set the windows firewall to allow the computer to be visible without keeping it off?

    Thanks

Try this: win+x > control panel > windows defender firewall > allow an app or feature through firewall > click change settings > allow file sharing on private and public networks. Save changes. Does that work for you?

Thanks you again guys for all the help and concern.

After maybe a week and trying what all you guys have suggested as well as my own experience, I have it finally working.

The most recent of my activities was to Device Mgr, uninstall the printer like I have done so many times with this problem.

This time I chose the 'Older printer' option and it found the ColorQube 8570DN. It installed and the printer worked.

I had chosen every other option like I always did and assumed the Older printer was to be a really old one, not a 2017 one!

Anyway, it looks like I am now able to get back to earning a few crumbs again !

I do appreciate all your help guys..

    Thank you titetanium!

I allowed apps through the Defender firewall as suggested and all our computers are showing up now in the network. File sharing & Network Discovery were already allowed on private networks, but allowing on public networks in addition seemed to do the trick. Since it is a private network, I didn't think it necessary to allow on public networks, but apparently it is.
    Thanks again for your help.
