Looking For a Free Portable VPN

I use Private Internet Access at home which is all it is cracked up to be. I'm looking for a free portable VPN to use on a public computer and have had not much success. Best that I could find was OpenVPN download | SourceForge.net but that "portable" app required some kind of driver install and of course I do not have admin rights on the public computer. TIA.

Any free VPN service is going to have a cap of data usage allowed per month. This is meant for your computer, but while out in the public? If you aren't loving PIA, I have had great success with NordVPN.

Public computer, not mine. PIA works great at home for me though I have heard good things about NordVPN.

You can't go around installing a VPN on public computers. They most likely will not give you the rights to do so. You can use a web based proxy if you want to try that: hide.me

A VPN is software, not hardware for when you travel with a laptop, etc.. It is about costs, not much else. Some people roll their own with something like the Raspberry Pi running OpenVPN.

    SNIP

Right, I know that which is why I was looking for a PORTABLE version. I install portable apps on public computers all the time. They just get wiped out when the machine is re-booted each time a new user uses the machine.
