Laptops cannot access desktops via WIFI

I have 3 desktops (all on Windows 10 1803) connected on my LAN. After following this forum for some times and did all the steps as suggested by forum member, access denied, all my desktops are able to view and access one another. I have a printer connected to PC1, and managed to connect all the other 2 PCs to have the shared printer.

I also have 2 more laptops (both Asus with the same Windows 10 1803) connected via WIFI. Performed all the same steps as per the desktops, but I was not able to access PC1. I was able to view all the 3 desktops from the file explorer, but I just can't access all the desktops. However, I was able to access the Asus laptops from desktop PC1.

Anyone able to assist on this matter? Any assistance is highly appreciated.

I am having issues with a laptop not seeing any other machine on my network and I got a small fix I think?

I made a few changes in the services.msc asnd I can now see my desktop and the laptop on the laptop but am still missing other machines. You can try this if you like?

If you go to the run command and type in services.msc a screen will pop up like this one.

Look for DNS Client, change to Automatic and start the service
Function Discovery Resource Publication set to Automatic and start service if not running
SSDP Discovery: change to automatic and start running
UPnP Device Host: Change to automatic if not already and start to get running.

This should help but, it is just a suggestion, it did sort of work for me.

I have tried access my desktop from the laptop. Both devices can see each other. I can access my laptop from the desktop, but not laptop to deskstop. Error: You might not have permission to use this network resource.

Any more bright ideas on what is happening? I just wanna to connect the laptop to use the printer which is connected to my desktop.
