My wireless Win10 laptops can see others but not themselves

My 2 wireless Windows10 laptops can see other computers on my workgroup network but not themselves. On the other hand my Windows 10 desktop computer connected by Ethernet cable can see itself and the others.

Previously the laptops could see themselves in File Explorer. The most recent change has been to upgrade firmware of the Netgear R7000 router. The OS is Windows 10 Pro v10.0.17134

There are two services you need to set to Automatic(Delayed Start)

    Function Discovery Provider Host
    Function Discovery Resource Publication

Right click the Start button and click on Run near the bottom of the menu that shows. Type services.msc in the Run box and press enter to open the Services List. Scroll down until you find the Function Discovery Provider Host. Double click it to open the Properties. Change the Startup type to Automatic(Delayed Start). Then click the Start button below where you set the Startup type. Click Apply then OK. Do the same with Function Discovery Resource Publication. That PC will now show on the network.

Both services were already set to automatic and they were running. I added the (delayed start.)
But they still can't see themselves.

I would recommend going through all the steps to make sure Network Discovery is set correctly:

I verified that network discovery is still set correctly but the problem remained. So I shut down the computers and the router. Upon startup the problem is gone. All 3 computers can see themselves and the others. :)
