    It seems like they don't offer much support.

    Hey Cerawy,
    Yea, they only have phone support and as you know, they charge you if it's after the 90 days

    You probably already tried these, but figured I'd throw them out there anyway ...
    1. Have you tried using a wired connection when trying to change the wireless names?
    2. If you don't use the 2.4ghz, have you tried turning it off and then change the 5ghz name?
    3. Don't know if that model has Smart Connect, but if it does try turning it off.
    4. Did you try the Smart Wizard - Smart Wizard Utility | Product | Support | NETGEAR

    Note: I've never used the Smart Wizard, so don't know if it's like doing a factory reset.

    Out of all your suggestions, the only thing i have tried is disabling the 2.4ghz network and changing its name, but that didnt work, so im going to try the rest of your suggestions.
