Latest MS update--cannot connect our network?

All 4 machines were connected just fine before this recent 2018 MS update. Now, practically none are. The primary I think sees 2 of the other 3.

I've double checked shares and security on all machines and corrected as necessary changes apparently made by the update.

Advanced options are all set to see everyone.

I've rebooted all machines after rebooting the router.

All machines are Win10 except for the primary--it's 7.

The primary is listed twice. I think the machine is connected both by Ethernet and WiFi (not on purpose but this has been the case for years)

I'm attaching scans for the only diagnostics I have.

There are two services you need to set to Automatic(Delayed Start)

    Function Discovery Provider Host
    Function Discovery Resource Publication

Right click the Start button and click on Run near the bottom of the menu that shows. Type services.msc in the Run box and press enter to open the Services List. Scroll down until you find the Function Discovery Provider Host. Double click it to open the Properties. Change the Startup type to Automatic(Delayed Start). Then click the Start button below where you set the Startup type. Click Apply then OK. Do the same with Function Discovery Resource Publication. That PC will now show on the network. You will need to do this on each computer running 1803 that does not see the network.

The think one is master stop the wireless as that will confuse it all PCs ask it what's on the network. Run that scan on all PCs it tends to kick it into life. The NetBIOS can take 20 mins to rescan so it takes time leaving all PCs on until the list is up-to-date
