If you delete the FOLDER in OneDrive on PC2, the folder will be deleted from OneDrive and also deleted from PC1.

Does not work if you use multiple PCs that need exactly the same files and folders. Trust me, I have tested this.

You need to reverse the dependency, as I did. And for the sake of consistency I did reverse the dependency on both PCs.
But I have done this before when I wanted a way of syncing a folder on one device to another. Wouldn't that be a great feature?

Maybe it is order dependent in how you set it up?

Anyway so long as your method works, then great.

Yes it's great and the way I describe this accomplishes exactly that.

The actual main folder is moved to OneDrive and both PCs sync the main folder to their local OneDrive folder. Now I can create a junction anywhere on my 2 devices (or 100 devices) from their local OneDrive synced folder copies.

First thing you need to make sure, is that OneDrive sync is working properly and using it's default folder on both PCs.
Excellent instructions. I would just add one more step: If user uses OneDrive Files on Demand feature, then user needs to right click the OneDrive\OpenTTD folder on both computers and select Always keep on this device:
