I didn't know if his fix would work for you or not. I had already ran the reset and it didn't break my sharing/network. I wouldn't have done all 4 computers at once. I mean it is up to you totally but getting one that works right before taking down others seemed best.
Anyway, if you have taken them from the Homegroup, we have to find a way to get those shares working. I assume you have been through all the Private Network, sharing options, NTFS permissions. The services should run properly on 1709 so that is not the issue. Check that they are all on the same WORKGROUP to start.
If you can bring a laptop next to the desktop you are using. Let's try to get one working then you apply the changes to all. :)
EDIT: Confirmed through a friend. Please do check the two services as well in 1709.
