    Home Group Can't access

    hey guys
    just install windows 10 after upgrade from 8.1
    i try upgrade on other PC from 8.1 he create homegroup with no problems!!!!! (all PC in WORKGROUP)
    when i try to do that i get error.
    i read that i need 2 servies work, one of them Peer networking grouping.
    when i try to start him i got: 1078 error

    i try to get to Delete the idstore.sset file found in the \Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking
    but i don't find this file on my pc.
    I think about refresh PC.
    its may help?
    its need to start all over again...

    need some help guys!!!!

I am currently having an issue with OneDrive using all my bandwidth when syncing large files. As in, if I were to turn syncing on right now, I wouldn't be able to load a single webpage. I don't know if its mostly a OneDrive issue, or maybe an ISP...
