    Whats all this junk and why is someones website on my computer? I've never heard of this website?

    So I guess the little local company I thought I was subscribed to is just re-selling the service of the bigger British company...hmmm

    If you are still having problems, try right-clicking the connection icon at the bottom right of the screen and selecting "Troubleshoot Problems".

    The little company you thought you were subscribed to is owned by the bigger British company....
