as for disabling it i just untick the protocol ?
Did you use the tool from the link? First uninstall Kaspersky, then reboot and finally use the tool and reboot again.
And yes, disabling IPV6 you just untick the protocol in your network card properties.
Another thing to check is that your router actually forwards anything to your computer.
Fire up your Diablo2 server session and let it run in the background. Then go here using your browser:
Portchecktool
Finally enter ports 4000 and 6112 one at a time and run the check to see if the site gets any response.
uhhh they failed again im not sure what im doing wrong...
i dont understand how the tool you sent me works ? i search the port and it states an other game terabase
that was my bad didnt think of entering the page as it is
diablo 2 is open and i still cant get the previous error (connection was blocked) it keeps saying connection timed out
One thing I noticed in your port forwarding settings is that you use the full range 4000-6112. Instead enter 4000, 6112, since you only need to open 2 ports not the full range.
While you are at the router, check that you don't have any duplicate entries there. Even if the duplicate is disabled, delete it. And once all is properly configured make sure you sane the settings and reboot your router
again the exact same error , last time i had a problem port forwarding with a much older router i believe it was win10 firewall or something like that that caused the problem...but different pcs and different router now...anyway im surprised you can still come up with stuff that could be wrong haha
lol...let me think for a bit while you make sure you have double checked all I've told you to check.
