After you install that update when it’s available, you won’t be able to share files and printers using HomeGroup. However, you can still do these things by using features that are built into Windows 10.

You can remove that question mark from the title, it has already been remove in the Insider builds. We'll see it first in The Spring Creators Update (1803), expected to be release in April.
