How do I diagnose and fix mediocre network connectivity?

I have a desktop and I'm connected wirelessly to my Arris modem. I never have any problems connecting with any of my other devices or laptop. I ran the troubleshooter and came up with this image below. It tells me that I'm connected but I had no internet connection at the time. Is there a third party software to diagnose this or does Windows 10 has a solution for me. Thanks in advance!

I was unavailable for a while and couldn't get here.
Do you need me to paste the entire list on the results, or just this?

It's a lot of information and it's illegible. because it's formatted in a txt file. Don't you want me to attach the file instead?

I just tried to download this file and it got stopped as malware by Norton Internet Security. Any idea why?

It must be a false positive x509... I downloaded it and used it and it was just fine!
