The mapped network drive could not be created...

We have 4 networked computers, 3 Windows 10 and an Ubuntu. After one of the last updates the only way I could get on my wife's computer was to use this format: \\JIMS-PC\Users\Suzy, when I used to browse to her computer through the Map Network Drive her drive didn't show up. Now when I attempt to go to her drive using that format I get this error:
The mapped network drive could not be created...-2017-12-15-12_00_44-map-network-drive.png
There is no problem getting on any of the other computers. And she can get on my computer. Any ideas?

If you have done an update it in effect a new PC with different credentials even if names are the same the Sid isn't. Trying to connect to a share that's in the user profile is hard as even as admin on the PC by default you have no access. Create a new share outside the profile see if that works

I have no idea what you are suggesting, I don't know what a Sid is and I don't know how to create a new share outside the profile, I'm not even sure what a profile is, sorry

My last update was about a month ago, I've been able to access her computer since then. Her computer is waiting for the next update, she keeps stalling it. I don't access hers very often but I do check all my network connections after every update.
