Office 365 here under Windows 10 x64 Pro 1809 (Non insiders).

I've got GodMode enabled and haven't had any crashing issue when inserting hyperlinks in any of the office applications I needed them in (Word, Outlook, OneNote, Excel). And I hyperlink all the time. In fact I just now tested PowerPoint and the hyperlink inserted without issue.

Anyway I find it odd having GodMode enabled would cause such issues, but...

    Peace:)
It would be about time for MS to fix that. I don't have Godmode anymore, but will try it and check

OK, checked now and it doesn't crash for me. Office 365, latest monthly build on Insider.

This doesn't really mean anything, since Godmode is not the same as it was a year ago, and is not the same on Insiders builds as it is on e.g. 1803.

Could be that one of the items that is gone from Control panel was causing Office to crash, or MS has fixed it finally.

    This might help...

Try the "Disable hardware graphics acceleration option" setting from within the program. This has worked for me when all other settings failed.
