MS Office 2007 strange language after today's office 2007 update

Hello, today the automatic update performed
    Cumulative update 1703 and
MS Office 2007 update, the KB numbers follow
    KB4038788
    KB4038806
    KB3213649
    KB3213646
    KB3114428
    KB3213642
    KB4011086
    KB3213641
    KB4011064
    KB4011063
    KB4011062

on a machine with CZECH Windows, Office 2007 installation was also Czech.

After the update, my Outlook 2007 started to speak half Czech and half Swedish or what
(see image). Can that be fixed?

    Roman,

The only one that is explicitly an Outlook update is KB4011086 Security Update for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007. Incidentally, I had problems with getting that update to install but did not see your symptoms.

Assuming that none of your other Office applications are in trouble then I suggest

1 Uninstalling KB4011086 - Control panel, Progs & features, View installed updates, {right-click on this update}, Uninstall.

2 Then downloading it again directly from the Microsoft update catalog - http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/...px?q=KB4011086
[you can also download it from the Microsoft download centre if you want. This link is to its KB page & that has the link to both the MUC & the Download centre - you'll need to tweak the link for your language unless it automatically redirects you https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/...ptember12-2017]

    Update notes -
Just in case it is useful, I ended up extracting its contents then
1 installing from the cab file beginning all-outlook-x-none
    and then also
2 installing from the cab file beginning with my language all-outlook-en-us [I assume your equivalent would be the one beginning all-outlook-cs-cz].

    Cab file notes -
1 If you are not familiar with installing Office 2007 updates from cab files, just extract the contents of the first one then double-click on its .msp file to install it and then do the same with the second one.
2 I always keep Task manager in view when I am doing this so I can see an entry for Windows installer appear & then disappear again when the update is complete.

It may well not be the Office updates after all. The Cumulative Update may well be the culprit...

    Known issues in this update
    Symptom Workaround
Installing KB4034674 may change Czech and Arabic languages to English for Microsoft Edge and other applications. Microsoft is working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.

Hello, even my outlook 2007 started to talk half italian and half portuguese (all the default folders were renamed, and some of the menu commands or description too !)).
I tried uninstalling KB4011086 and reinstalling it using the cab corresponding to my language; the installation was successful, but nothing changed in outlook.
I tried to start outlook with the /ResetFolderName switch, but no results.
    Any suggestion ?
    Thanks in advance

    Bruno,

"using the cab corresponding to my language" - I found that I had to use both my own language cab file and the one beginning all-outlook-x-none

Of course there is always Office diagnostics. I do not know if it will help in this particular case as it might be an update that's at fault. You can run it from any Office application. In Outlook 2007, it is run from Help, Office diagnostics...

[In the other Office 2007 applications it is run from Office button, Options, Resources, Run Microsoft Office diagnostics - Diagnose.]

Tried office 2007 diagnostic, but it did not detect any problem at all. Waiting for further information to accumulate before I touch uninstall/install path

Try3, I see, I only applied my language, this evening I'll apply the "all outlook..." cab and I'll let you know.
Thank you very much for your help !

Unfortunately the solution did not work for me....I uninstalled again the patch and applied both the cab, rebooted the pc but still the folder have wrong names.
In the meantime, I've heard other people having the same problem, so hopefully Microsoft will work a solution.
    Thanks anyway Bruno

Good news, outlook is again all italian !
I uninstalled 2 (!) patches with the same number (kb4011086); then I ran the command
    outlook /ResetFolderNames
    and this solved the problem.
I did not reinstall the cabs....

I forgot to say that the command must be executed from the office folder, for me it's
    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12"
