Office 365 Home not recognizing account
I've been subscribing to Office 365 Home for a few years now without any issues until today. When I go to the login page and try to login it says "We don't recognize the domain name" or to be more specific "sbcglobal.net isn't in our system". I keep an Excel worksheet of my Usernames & Passwords so I'm definitely logging in with the correct credentials. I don't remember when I last tried to login to Office 365 but I have in the past many times.
Just to verify the email I used to purchase Office 365 I can go to Word > Accounts to verify this email. I can also login to my Microsoft Account without any issues (although uses different email & password).
My 365 subscription is up in a couple of weeks so I need to get into my account to add a subscription card I've purchased.
I'm running Windows 10 version 1703 (64 Bit). I ran the Microsoft Support & Recovery Assistant for Office 365 but it couldn't get past it not recognizing my email.
Any ideas?
