Office 2016 Professional Plus activation

Dear Forum Board,
I have installed, office 2016 professional plus, on every load of the program get the option to activate office (Try/Buy/Activate)
close that box and check the options and the account is activated, and is ok.
Please see the below pictures

Never used an Ms account -- working fine from LOCAL account and updating too.

Outlook 2016 also 100% OK also working fine without Ms account.

the problem, i have installed office professional plus 2016, and keep getting the option were office 365 wants to activate, but we don't use it, click on the cross and the message, goes away, check and the program is activated, is anyone aware on how to stop the office 365 keep appearing

Uninstall Offfice 365 and optionally Office 2016.

Now re-install Office 2016.

Job done !!

I'd also tend to only use a LOCAL account but that's your choice.

We dont use office 365 at all, we have never installed it on our network, i seems to be a bug were it wants to activate a 365 account that we dont have or use
