    Outlook 2010 display changed. Like Projector view


    Dear Team,

    My outlook 2010 display setting has changed automatically. It looks looks projector mode but it is not. I tried the following
    1) Restating / Rebooting
    2) Uninstall and reinstalling
    3) antivirus scanning
    Still not resolved.

    It is not coming back to normal view

    Kindly guide me guys

    You'd be better off posting a screenshot rather than the Word Document. I doubt many people here will open a Word document from someone they don't know.

    Anyway, check the view icons in the bottom right corner to see if it's in reading mode.

    Hi ARC1020,

    Yes. Its in reading mode. So sorry for the word doc print screen.

    I have also tried changing it but no results.

    I've not opened the Word Doc, so without seeing a screenshot I don't know. However, I just ran it through an online Word viewer and it shows the below image. Whether on not the viewer has changed anything, I have no idea, so is this what you're seeing?

    If so, it looks like you're running with a limited colour palette. Also, it doesn't look like it's specific to just Outlook, as the taskbar is also showing a limited number of colours. If this is the case and is what you're seeing, make sure your graphics card drivers are installed and up-to-date and also read HERE to see if it's running with 32 bit colour depth.

    In addition to that, also read through the article at the link below. When you get to the bit about 'Compatibility Mode', it may also be worth checking those compatibility settings after clicking on 'Change Settings For All Users' as well:
