Microsoft Office 365 install error 30045-11 help (Urgent)

Hi, Sorry but I'm a newb when it comes to computers and forums, this is my first forum post, so I'm sorry if I do anything bad.

I've recently installed Windows 10, but I've realised that my Microsoft office has stopped working. I want to open Microsoft word so I can write my essay that's due in soon but whenever I click on the application the small loading icon appears next to the navigation arrow for a few seconds and then disappears, then nothing else happens.

I've tried installing it again, but when I do I keep getting the error "30045-11" message. I've tried going onto the control panel and repairing it but after the repair it says the same thing. When I go on the online repair option a message comes up with the error "30045-6" message.

Is there anything that I can do to get past this problem and download Microsoft Office on my windows 10 somehow? I would appreciate any help, thanks!

P.S I think this version was made for windows 8.1? but I'm not sure if this is an actual thing

Welcome to Ten Forums, Something9000. This is from a Microsoft office support page maybe one of the two solutions will work for you. http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/o...7-76623199faf6 . The title says for office 2013 but there are links for office 365 also. See if this will help you.

Thank you for your advice, but the solutions that are after this link all give me options to uninstall Microsoft office, this is not what I'm tying to do, I'm trying to find a way to install the program somehow...
