Outlook 365 iCloud add-in "Wrong Password"

I'm using the latest Windows 10pro and Microsoft 365 up to date.

I "updated" iCloud for Windows" and lost all my contacts and calendar items from Outlook 365. After fiddling for hours, I restored an update from a few weeks ago before the iCloud update.

All calendars and contacts are back in Outlook 365, but the iCloud tag reports "Wrong Password" instead of "Refresh".
I can not find anywhere to change the password, which hasn't been changed anyway for 5 years at least!

I'm reluctant to sign out of iCloud for Windows because it removes everything from the PC and I've had trouble going down this path previously when signing out.

Does anybody have a fix for the "Wrong Password" message?

It is because you need to create a App specific password at applied.apple.com

It does not have anywhere to input a password, either the real one or a one shot password.
