Why do you need to run Office in safe mode?

I think you may be asking the wrong question.
I need to finish some word and excel work so I was trying to use office in safe mode. I m ok with any other office suite that can be installed in win safe mode..but that output document file needs to be accessed from ms word later.

Once the documents work is finished I will proceed with windows bsod repairs

LibreOffice can both read Word files & save in Word formats so Word will be able to work with the results of your additional work.
When you want to Save anything in LibreOffice, you can use SaveAs so you can make sure you are saving in .docx etc, Word's file extensions that LibreOffice understands.
You can also save that choice in LibreOffice preferences so they happen automatically.
Tools, Options, Load/Save, General, [subheading - Default file format & ODF settings], Always save as - Word 2007 (*.docx), OK.
The reason it refers to Word 2007 is that it was the first to use the new file formats that continue to be used to this day [including your Word 2010].

Likewise for LibreOffice Calc, it can open and save in Excel 2007 - 365 (.xlsx) format.

That does not answer why you want to use safe mode.

The OP wants to use Safe mode so that routine work can continue whilst waiting for time to become available to do the proper repairs.

My Windows 10 is running in some trouble like few different BSOD s and random crashes. The diagnosis and repair will take some time I feel. That I will attempt as get significant free time.
Till then I need some very import document creations and editing to be done (docx or excel).
My windows 10 is working in safe mode so I was hoping to finish my documentary work in Windows Safe mode and then proceed with Windows Repairs.
I will be happy to get some solution where I can create and edit text document (third party sw is also ok if i can install in safe mode) which I can later use in MS Office.

    Thank You Friends
    @Berton, @Try3, @Bree, @Callender, @cereberus.

As suggested by @Bree and @Try3I tried LibreOffice and it was quite fine in the Windows Safe mode. I installed the portable version in Safe Mode and my work is underway. The only issue is LibreOffice won't save my document progress automatically as done by MS Office. (every now and then Ctrl+S is in my routine now ) Once this is finished I will get back to Windows Repairs ASAP.

    Thank You Once Again.

I thought that was what this setting was for:-
    Tools,
    Options,
    Load/Save,
    General,
    Automatically save the document too.
